We are seeking a dynamic and results‑oriented Regional Sales Manager to join our packaging solutions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading sales efforts within their designated region, driving business growth for products such as mylar bags, labels, shrink wraps, boxes, and other packaging materials. This role requires engaging with C‑level executives and decision‑makers, selling packaging solutions. You will manage existing client relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.

Attendance at trade shows and industry events will be essential to expanding your network and representing the company.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals for packaging products (mylar bags, labels, shrink wraps, boxes, etc.) in the assigned region.
  • Target industries such as Cosmetics, Food & Beverage, Pet, Tobacco, Medicine/Pharmaceuticals, Cannabis, and Hemp, identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Engage directly with C‑level executives and key decision‑makers to build long‑lasting partnerships and close high‑value deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Attend and represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales prospects and stay ahead of market changes.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to deliver customized solutions that meet client specifications and drive product innovation.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demos, and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms, close sales contracts, and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and forecast future sales trends.
  • Travel within the region to meet clients, attend trade shows, and build relationships across industries.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar sales leadership role within the packaging industry.
  • Experience selling to Cosmetics, Food & Beverage, Pet, Tobacco, Medicine/Pharmaceuticals, Cannabis, and Hemp industries.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales, packaging materials, and supply chain management.
  • Experience communicating and negotiating with C‑level executives and decision‑makers.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture client relationships while managing multiple accounts.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, Google Drive, Google Sheet, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits, trade shows, and industry events.
