- Manage and grow business through consistent communication with assigned retail sellers and internal teams
- Coach and train top retail sellers on products, programs, and technologies at the farm‑gate level
- Execute strategic plans using tools such as the Account Plan and Farmer by Farmer Plan
- Communicate total acre value propositions and coordinate with local manufacturer representatives
- Record account details in CRM software (Salesforce) and manage discretionary trial seed
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or a business‑related field plus 2 years of industry or direct sales experience, or 7 years of successful relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft products and CRM software (Salesforce)
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage productivity in a fast‑paced environment
- Valid state driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50%
- Experience in the agriculture industry with technical product knowledge
- Proven track record of successful project management and leading change
- Ability to coach and mentor others effectively
- Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools such as Teams and Zoom
