Field Sales SpecialistResponsible for expanding existing top accounts through equipment & service rental sales, driving pipeline growth of opportunities in equipment and rental service orders, and prospecting new opportunities to grow future consumable run rate by partnering with account managers and identifying new potential top customers through leads and market insights.
In This Role- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and orders targets as assigned by Energy+ management.
- Drive business expansion of equipment & services by significantly increasing market share in existing accounts through establishing and nurturing strong relationships with end‑users and customer management and increasing visibility into their filtration needs.
- Identify and prioritize high‑value customer capacity expansion opportunities for further development by Sales and/or Strategic specialists, providing strategic support to ensure successful sales completion.
- Lead cross‑functional teams within Pall (FAS, Scientific & Laboratory Services, Marketing, Product Management, Inside Sales, etc.) to develop and implement effective team strategies that address customers’ needs promptly and secure sales opportunities.
- Report and communicate all high‑value business opportunities, solution concepts, and strategies to Pall management through SFDC and Energy+ standard work and tools such as account plans while maintaining a strong, regular customer presence with multiple daily high‑level face‑to‑face customer interactions.
- 3+ years of experience providing products and services to Refinery and Oil & Gas, Chemical or General Industrial industries. We will also consider experience as a process/project/maintenance engineer in an Oil & Gas, refining or petrochemical facility looking to start a career in technical sales.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in mechanical/chemical engineering, chemistry, biological sciences, or technical degree; equivalent experience considered.
- Experience in consumable sales as well as capital equipment is desired.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
- Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50 lb.
- Filtration and separation product sales.
- Capital equipment sales to end‑user or to EPCs.
- Experience using SFDC or other CRM tools.
The salary range for this role is $95,000‑$125,000 USD. This range is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. In addition, we offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and a 401(k) to eligible employees.
