Partner Sales Executive

• Build and manage a robust ecosystem of partners aligned with the company's Go-To-Market priorities
• Achieve partner sales targets through new business development and existing customer expansion
• Recruit, onboard, and enable new partners to fill capacity gaps
• Collaborate with partners on joint business plans and quarterly performance reviews
• Track sales opportunities and drive revenue generation activities to meet targets

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 5 years of business-to-business sales experience, including 3 years in a high-tech software SaaS environment
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role
• Proficiency in software applications including Google Apps and CRM tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

• Experience with sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, Challenger Sales)
• Familiarity with building reports and dashboards using BI tools
• Fluency in Nordic or Benelux languages in addition to English
• Strong analytical skills to support sales forecasting and performance tracking
