• Be the main point of contact for our hotel clients, mastering revenue management and pricing strategies to ensure their success.
• Own the journey from lead to loyal customer—taking over leads, supporting them during setup, and maintaining feedback loops to keep them happy.
• Build your own network in the industry, sourcing your own deals and growing a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Collaborate with our tech team, giving valuable input on product improvements based on real client feedback.
• Shape the future of a fast‑growing startup by bringing your creative ideas and fresh approaches to the table.

• C2‑level German proficiency and fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Currently based in Germany or in CET timezone.
• A problem solver with a passion for tech, numbers, and innovation.
• You’ve got experience in Revenue Management or hospitality tech sales and understand the needs of hoteliers.
• Ideally, you hold a degree in business or hospitality.
• Enthusiastic, passionate, and eager to learn in a dynamic, high‑energy environment.
• Excellent communicator who knows how to build strong relationships with clients.
