Solar Energy Consultant (Field Sales)

Los Angeles County & surrounding areas

Full-time, flexible hours

$5,000–$10,000+ per month

Commission-only, base pay, or hybrid (base + commission)

• Meet homeowners face-to-face to discuss the benefits of going solar.
• Perform consultations, design tailored solar solutions, and guide clients through financing options.
• Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and neighborhood canvassing.
• Manage your pipeline and close deals with confidence.
• Work closely with our operations and install teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

• A people person — confident, positive, and great at building trust quickly.
• Driven by results and motivated by uncapped earning potential.
• A fast learner with a strong work ethic and a go-getter attitude.
• Previous experience in sales, solar, or home improvement is a plus

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
