What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide Salesforce training for new Account Managers and internal partners to ensure proficiency
  • Generate comprehensive CSI reports, including revenue analysis and account base information
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the CSI system, maintaining data integrity
  • Collaborate with marketing to create newsletters and promotional items that drive sales engagement
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the company to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Previous commercial support experience required
  • High School education or equivalent required
  • Ability to learn Salesforce and other employer systems required

    Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Residing in the Denver metro area
  • Familiarity with Salesforce software
  • Background in design or related field
