What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify upsell opportunities
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in customer organizations
  • Effectively manage territory activities, including lead generation and sales forecasting
  • Stay informed about industry trends and gather customer feedback to inform sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an aptitude for customer relationship building
  • Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in educational sales or working with schools
  • Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM systems
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
