What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations
- Effectively manage territory activities including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology such as Sales Force
- Experience in educational sales or services
- Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with peers and customers
- Familiarity with telecommuting software such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams
