Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and drive revenue
  • Effectively manage territory activities, including prospecting and sales forecasting
  • Stay informed about industry trends and gather customer feedback to inform sales strategies
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems and sales tools to track customer interactions and manage sales pipelines
  • Proficiency with MS Office software and telecommuting tools such as Zoom, Web Ex, or Microsoft Teams
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with peers and customers
  • Familiarity with industry trends and competitive landscape
