• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs
• Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
• Represent the employer brand and connect customers to the right products
• Adapt to different environments and schedules while maintaining a customer-centric approach
• Participate in a structured training program lasting up to 18 weeks

• Minimum of 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with prospects and customers
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in typing and PC skills;
  Property and Casualty License required after hire

2-3 years of sales experience preferred
