What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify upsell opportunities
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in customer organizations
  • Manage territory activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting
  • Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to drive sales growth
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales and customer service
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in educational sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in revenue growth and customer relationship management
  • Familiarity with telecommuting software such as Zoom, Web Ex, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
