What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets in the assigned territory
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective customers to drive sales growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs
  • Manage territory activities including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting
  • Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, or customer service
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
  • Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with Sales Force or similar CRM systems
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capability to build relationships across all levels
  • Familiarity with telecommuting software such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams
