AboutThe Role
As a Member Of Smartness’ Sales Team For The DACH Market, you will be part of a cohesive team whose goal is to make us the No. 1 hospitality software in the region. You will participate in both in‑person and remote training sessions and support the expansion of Smartness in the DACH market (Germany, Swiss German and Austria) through the following activities.
- Sales negotiation – manage a busy schedule of online and in‑person appointments with prospects, articulate and demonstrate our value proposition.
- Participation in trade fairs and events – attend 1–2 trade fairs per year and organize on‑site meetings with customers.
- Business development – proactively search for new business opportunities through cold calling and emailing.
- Data analysis and reviews – critically analyze your pipeline with advanced sales tools.
- Reaching the monthly target – reach and exceed the ARR target with an incentivizing bonus plan.
- German language – mother tongue or C2 level.
- English – B2 level.
- Team player with winning mentality.
- Data‑driven thinking – skilled in analyzing and interpreting data.
- Desire to learn – receptive to coaching and eager to improve sales skills.
- Experience – 3‑5 years in a SaaS sales team, consistently exceeding targets.
- Organization – detail‑oriented, plans agenda, updates CRM promptly.
- Productivity – motivated to sell into SMEs, managing short and intense sales cycles.
- Work in a small, top‑performing team that moves extremely fast and values you.
