Sales Agent – iCore (Remote) About Us

We’re growing rapidly and looking for motivated Sales Agents to join our team and help expand iCore’s footprint nationwide.

Position Overview

As a Sales Agent at iCore, you’ll be the first point of contact for dental offices interested in transforming their billing and practice management systems. You’ll identify potential clients, educate them on iCore’s SaaS and RCM solutions, and guide them through the onboarding process. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a high‑demand product and earn unlimited commission while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate new leads within the dental industry.
  • Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, social media, and industry networking.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual demos or discovery calls with prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with dental office managers, practice owners, and dentists.
  • Present iCore’s software and billing solutions clearly and effectively.
  • Manage pipelines, track progress, and log all activities in Hub Spot CRM
    .
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales (B2B, SaaS, healthcare, or dental industry preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of Hub Spot CRM (lead tracking, reporting, and pipeline management).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Tech‑savvy and comfortable with remote digital tools.
  • Knowledge of dental billing, RCM, or dental office operations is a strong plus.
