Our franchise spans multiple territories for Kitchen remodeling. We perform kitchen remodeling services in multiple cities, including but not limited to Orange, Villa Park, Irvine, Tustin, Anaheim, Santa Ana, and Newport Beach.

• This is not a cold-calling sales job. Leads will be screened and qualified. • In this role you will be an integral part of making our clients  dreams come true as we remodel their kitchens.
• Unlimited income potential is available for motivated individuals. This is a fully commission-based position with no sales cap.

• Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training is provided)
• Conduct scheduled "virtual/in-home" consultations, making presentations to homeowners
• Be confident to ask for the order, persistent in sales follow-up, and have a strong desire to win and succeed
• Cooperatively market your skills as an industry professional
• Ability to take basic measurements and draw neat diagrams
• Computer and smartphone proficient
• Generate outside leads and sales beyond those generated by the office
• Qualify each prospect’s wants and needs into a plan of sales actions
• Gather information on all job-related products to provide a presentation to the customer
• Assemble a quote and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale
• Revise quotes or drawings as customers’ wants and needs are assessed
• Collect payments from customers
• Communicate necessary information to home office Design Services to enable them to complete the order
• Complete and place the orders
• Meet the installer at the job prior to installation to inspect and cover all necessary details
• Maintain customer contact during the job and monitor all related activities

• Able to work days, some evenings and weekend appointments
