What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and drive incremental revenue.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations.
- Effectively manage territory activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting.
- Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for customer relationship building.
- Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on revenue growth and customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with peers and customers.
- Experience with telecommuting software such as Zoom, Web Ex, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.
