What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and drive incremental revenue.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations.
  • Effectively manage territory activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for customer relationship building.
  • Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology.

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on revenue growth and customer relationship management.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Experience with telecommuting software such as Zoom, Web Ex, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.
