What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and drive revenue growth
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Effectively manage territory activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting
  • Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
  • Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology, such as Sales Force
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in educational sales or working with schools and educational institutions
  • Familiarity with telecommuting software such as Zoom, Web Ex, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet
  • Proven track record of success in revenue growth and customer relationship management
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across functions
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
