- Communication & Relationship Building:
Acting as the primary point of contact for local stakeholders. This includes conducting introductory calls, managing daily email correspondence, and building long‑term relationships with Omani architecture firms and real estate developers. - Proposals & Valuations: preparing and customizing commercial proposals and price quotes directly in Arabic, ensuring they match local standards and expectations.
- Projects Support:
Assisting the European team with "cultural checks," translating project documentation, and facilitating clear communication during active projects. - Local Representation:
Attending occasional in‑person client meetings, site visits, or delivering physical portfolios to VIP clients in Muscat.
- Residency:
Must currently live in Muscat, Oman, with a valid residency permit. - Market Knowledge:
Good understanding of the local real estate and business landscape. - Languages:
Native‑level fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) and fluent English are mandatory. - Availability:
Must be available during standard Omani business hours to coordinate with local clients. - Equipment:
Must possess a personal laptop, a reliable phone line, and a high‑speed internet connection suitable for remote work. - Soft Skills:
High‑level communication skills, punctuality, and a professional attitude suitable for representing a luxury brand.
- Flexibility:
Part‑time / Freelance role (approx. 10‑15 hours per week). - Earnings:
Competitive hourly rate (settled via UpWork or B2B Invoice). - Growth Potential:
You are joining us at the very beginning of our expansion into Oman. You will be the first person on the ground. As we secure more contracts, this role has the potential to evolve into a full‑time Country Manager or Key Account Director position. You are building the local structure with us.
