Job Summary Rocky HVAC is a Refrigeration and Heating company that is based in Severn, MD. We have been in business for over 12 years, with over 20 years of experience in both the commercial and residential fields. We pride ourselves on the quality of our installs and first-rate customer service. We are seeking an experienced, driven and passionate HVAC Salesman / Comfort Advisor who wants to grow within a company while earning a six-figure annual salary with uncapped commission!

Qualifications and Responsibilities   Driven self-motivated salesperson with at least 1 year of high-volume sales (HVAC Sales and Installation Experience is a plus), and 1 year of high-volume in-home sales presentation preferable.
Must be able to drive to and from appointments while completing required tasks on-time.
Must have a can do and all in attitude around company standard and policies   Must adhere to our core values and philosophies   Must be able to follow our sales process in full and complete follow ups within a timely manner   Must utilize negotiation skills to close sales and meet revenue targets.
Must provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering suitable solutions.
Must garner lasting relationships with clients to yield future possible business   Utilize technology sales tools for efficient tracking and reporting.
Demonstrate product features through effective product demos to potential clients. Requirements   Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record   Must be able to pass full background check   Must be able to work up to 10-hour shifts   Must complete all required training and certifications   Must be able to work evening and nights   Must be able to work rotating weekends.
