You won’t be thrown into the deep end. We train you, support you, and help you build confidence step-by-step.

• Connect with new and existing customers to understand their needs
• Recommend Allstate products that protect families, homes, cars, and futures
• Build strong relationships and become a trusted resource in the community
• Grow your book of business through lead engagement, outreach, and follow-up
• Provide exceptional service with care, empathy, and professionalism

• A genuine interest in sales and helping people
• Prior sales experience is a plus, but no insurance experience is required
• Willingness to obtain your Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (we help with this!)
• Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized and able to follow through consistently
• If you have a positive attitude and a desire to grow, we can teach you the rest.
