- Collaborate with internal teams and partner specialists to deliver integrated solutions
- Minimum of 5 years of advanced sales experience in a technology or services environment
- Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, hybrid cloud, and emerging AI technologies
- Proven track record of solution-based selling and sales over-achievement
- Ability to influence decisions and build trust-based relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage clients at all levels
- Degree in a Technical or Sales field is preferred but not essential
- Certified in industry-relevant structured sales methodologies and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with partner programs, incentives, and certifications
- Advanced experience in selling complex solutions and services to C-Level clients
- Vendor accreditations are desirable
