SECO of GA LLC is seeking a skilled and relationship-driven Account Manager to serve as a key player within our Project Management team. This hybrid role blends in-office work, remote flexibility, and essential job site visits to ensure seamless coordination between clients, project teams, and vendors. The Account Manager is not just a liaison, but a trusted partner, responsible for delivering exceptional service, fostering long-term relationships, and creating opportunities from challenges.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business
Collaborate closely with internal project teams and field leaders to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain alignment on goals
Build strong vendor relationships to support project execution and client needs
Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts and potential clients
Conduct job site visits to ensure project accuracy, relationship building, and real-time communication
Prepare proposals, quotes, and documentation related to client accounts
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and project data in CRM systems
Act as an advocate for both the customer and SECO’s mission, ensuring win‑win outcomes
QualificationsMinimum 7 years of experience in account management, project coordination, or client relations, preferably in the construction or electrical industry
Results‑Oriented: A self‑starter with a competitive spirit who thrives on achievement and stays motivated and composed under pressure
Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain long‑term professional relationships
Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while coordinating across multiple teams
Driven, optimistic, and solution‑oriented mindset
No specific educational background required; experience, attitude, and values are what matter most
Willingness to travel locally for project site visits
Salary + Commission Structure
