Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive incremental revenue
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers
  • Manage territory activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting
  • Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to optimize sales strategies
Qualifications
  • Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office software and CRM technologies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in educational sales or familiarity with the educational market
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across various levels of an organization
  • Demonstrated success in revenue growth and customer relationship management
