As a Solventum Dental Practice Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Meeting and exceeding sales target while managing administrative responsibilities and CRM requirements.
- Negotiating and closing sales opportunities by presenting 1:1 or to small groups using persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
- Responding rapidly to customer requests and interacting with a professional demeanor to establish strong business relationships within the territory.
- Independently solving problems with a positive attitude in a competitive environment.
- Collaborating and sharing knowledge with Solventum teammates and internal cross‑functional teams.
- This position requires the use of a personal vehicle for company business and participation in Solventum's Fixed and Variable Reimbursement (FAVR) program. As a condition of employment, candidates must successfully complete a pre‑hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review and maintain ongoing eligibility, including compliance with Solventum's driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign‑off. Ongoing monitoring of motor vehicle history will be conducted.
Skills and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree or higher (verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and 1 year or more of field sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
- Current and valid driver's license is required.
- Dental sales experience is preferred.
- Remote – Candidate must reside in the Tampa, FL area.
May include up to 35% domestic.
