- Build and manage relationships with financial advisors through in-person meetings, phone outreach, and virtual interactions
- Support the External Wholesaler in creating and implementing strategic sales plans for the territory
- Educate and advise financial advisors on investment solutions while providing asset allocation insights
- Identify new business opportunities and deepen existing client relationships to expand territory growth
- Maintain and optimize CRM data and sales tracking systems for efficiency and proactive engagement
- Must reside within 100 miles of San Francisco, CA, and be able to travel as needed
- At least 2 years of experience in asset management sales or as a Financial Advisor
- FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses are required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Proven track record of sales success and strong advisor relationships
- Experience in San Francisco asset management market
- Passion for financial markets and ongoing learning
- Strong questioning skills to uncover advisor needs
- Skilled in executing sales strategies and tracking results
- Ability to maintain a dedicated, productive work-from-home environment
