Job Summary

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $43,000
  • Year 1 on-target earnings: $90,000‑$100,000 (plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses)
  • Year 2 on-target earnings: $100,000‑$120,000 (plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses)
  • Uncapped commissions and bonus structure

Key Responsibilities
  • Selling digital marketing solutions (websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, SEO) through a partnership selling model

  • Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments

  • Build strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries, ensuring each day is different
