Market Development Manager

Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Market Development Manager to nurture and expand customer relationships across Medical, Research & Education, Industry, and Veterinary segments. The role focuses on maximizing sales within an assigned territory, achieving annual revenue goals through value selling and strategic planning.

• Create and execute a territory plan to grow market share, win competitive conversions, and reach annual revenue targets for assigned product lines.
• Maintain accurate sales funnel, customer contacts, activities, and forecast using the CRM system.
• Introduce new business to Radiometer product lines while coordinating pricing and contracts to support company growth objectives.
• Leverage relationships across Radiometer and Danaher operating companies to enhance customer intimacy and win rates.
• Plan, organize, and execute sales calls and lead key accounts throughout the sales cycle.

• Bachelor’s degree required—Scientific/Business major or other scientific major preferred.
• 5+ years sales experience in medical diagnostics, veterinary diagnostics, medical device, or academia and research; capital equipment sales required.
• Strong understanding of Bioprocess, therapeutic drug development, veterinary, or agriculture markets is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database/CRM systems.

• Estimated travel 50‑70%, including overnight travel across a 10‑15 state territory and 10% outside the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required.
• Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50 lbs; other physical requirements as needed.

• Experience in distribution or manufacturer sales.

• Base salary range $95,000 – $100,000; eligible for commissions/bonus/incentive pay.
