Flex Sales Fair Consultant - Work from Home

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and drive revenue growth
• Manage territory activities including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting
• Stay informed about industry trends and gather customer feedback to inform sales strategies

• Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for customer relationship building
• Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology

• Experience in the educational publishing industry or related sales experience
• Demonstrated ability to achieve budgeted Fair Counts and sales program goals
• Familiarity with telecommuting software such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a proven ability to engage stakeholders effectively
