• Develop, implement, and refine a charter marketing strategy.
• Partner with executives to promote charter services.
• Sell charter block‑time products.
• Initiate introductions for Part 91 or Part 135 management prospects.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Charter Sales, Flight Support, Finance & Accounting, and Marketing.

• Strong understanding of business relationships and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience with High Net Worth individuals in private aviation (optionally from automotive, wealth management, real estate).
• 2‑5 years of Part 135 sales and sales operations experience.
• Proven track record of closing new retail sales and growing revenue.

In addition to your sales leader, you will work cross‑functionally with Charter Sales, Flight Support, Finance & Accounting, and Marketing.
