A leading benefits company is seeking a Sr. Employee Benefits Consultant to manage premium growth and broker relationships in Minnesota and surrounding states. This role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in selling voluntary benefits, alongside an established broker network. The consultant will work closely with key stakeholders to educate and motivate in order to achieve sales goals while traveling approximately three days a week.
