Lead Generation Specialist

Total Shape is a fast-growing online platform focused on health, fitness, and wellness. We help millions of readers make informed decisions through expert content, reviews, and guides. We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our reach and grow our business partnerships.

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential partners, clients, and affiliates. Your role will be key in fueling our sales and outreach pipeline through strategic prospecting and effective communication.

• Research and identify potential leads through online tools and platforms
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospects for outreach
• Initiate contact via email, Linked In, or other channels
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for business development or sales teams
• Maintain accurate records of contacts and activities in CRM systems
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams for aligned targeting

• Proven experience in lead generation, outreach, or sales support
• Excellent research, written, and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with tools like Linked In Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, or similar
• Detail-oriented, organized, and goal-driven
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
• Knowledge of the health & wellness industry is a plus
