Direct Sales - Territory Training & Sales Manager (Fayetteville, NC)

Join Clear Captions, LLC as a Territory Training & Sales Manager. This full‑time role focuses on installing and training customers in the use of Clear Captions caption phone service. The position is remote with on‑site visits to customer homes and community events.

Position Summary

The Territory Training & Sales Manager (TTSM) is a customer‑service oriented individual passionate about helping seniors with hearing loss. Primary duties include installing Clear Captions equipment, training customers, creating referrals, and building relationships with hearing care providers and community groups.

What you will do
  • Install Clear Captions products and connect them to existing customer phone services.
  • Educate customers on phone features and usage.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with retirement communities and local groups.
  • Create, attend, and educate customers at senior events.
  • Build relationships with hearing professionals about our caption telephone services.
  • Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies.
  • Create lead‑generation activities and generate referrals.
  • Adapt to new responsibilities and opportunities as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with assigned customers.
  • Participate in local senior organizations, events, and trade shows.
  • Maintain customer and territory records using Salesforce and other tools.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Outside sales experience (B2B or B2C).
  • Sales experience or work with seniors preferred.
  • Experience in the hearing health field is beneficial.
  • Valid driver’s license and a personal automobile.
  • Ability to travel extensively by car and occasionally by air.
  • Work from a local home office with high‑speed internet.
  • Proficient computer skills and basic internet use.
  • Comfortable working with seniors and disabled persons.
  • Willing and available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Excellent people‑building, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills; self‑directed.
  • Collaborative mindset for a results‑driven team environment.
  • Discretion, sound decision‑making, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Teams, and modern virtual‑team tools.
Physical Demands
  • Primary functions include verbal and in‑person communication.
  • Travel to customers, healthcare providers, and event sites; mainly local, occasional out‑of‑state.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, and walking; keyboarding and close‑vision activities; occasional lifting up to 10 lbs.
Work Environment
  • 100% remote work‑from‑home; primarily indoors at home, customers, or event sites; exposure to all weather conditions during travel.
