Overview Responsibilities
  • Growing an allocated key account base in the tier 1 contractor, real estate developer & other project owners at head office and project level
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting (phone calls, Linked In, Email), running meetings, demos and presentations to close the deal, and nurturing client relationships for upsell and cross-selling opportunities
  • Ensuring Evercam’s CRM system is updated with all meetings, contacts, companies, deals and notes.
  • Remote working role with travel required for site visits, meetings and pitches
  • Be part of the construction community in Singapore:
    Lighthouse, BCA and others
  • Liaising with other Evercam departments such as Marketing, Operations and Customer Success for delivering the best customer experience
Requirements
  • You have experience of the full Sales cycle and a proven history of meeting and exceeding targets
  • You have sold into the Construction & Real Estate, Oil & Gas, Power and Data Centre sectors, ideally in the construction software industry but not limited to it
  • Ideally you will have a customer base/network to continue working with
  • Certainly you will understand the dynamics of these sectors/the personas in them that you will have to cover
  • You have the drive and hustle to make things happen and able to stick to the grind of project and corporate level sales to get a breakthrough
  • Are able to create and manage your own client relationships/projects to chase
  • Are able to properly manage an active sales pipeline to ensure your ability to meet monthly and quarterly quotas
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities at a time while maintaining attention to details
  • High technical aptitude - ability to understand the interconnections between data networks, hardware and software
  • Citizen/PR only at this time
  • Candidate has to be based in Singapore for client meetings, site visits, etc
