• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
• High school diploma or GED required;
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Must possess a competitive spirit, determination, resilience, persuasive personality, and a growth mindset.
• Ability to work full-time, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Must have a smartphone/device with an active network connection and a home workspace with wired internet and necessary equipment.

• Experience in a customer service role within the telecommunications industry.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies to enhance customer engagement.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships.
• Knowledge of TV, internet, and wireless services.
