- Ability to work full-time, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, or holidays.
- Must have a smartphone/device with an active network connection and a home workspace with wired internet and necessary equipment.
- Experience in a customer service role within the telecommunications industry.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships.
- Knowledge of TV, internet, and wireless services.
