The RoleWe are looking for a driven Account Executive to join our sales team. As an early member of the GTM organization, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how we sell, who we sell to, and how we expand in our core markets. This is a career-defining opportunity for someone excited to own the full sales cycle in a fast-growing AI company.
You’ll be responsible for identifying and closing new business, developing relationships with executives across manufacturing, energy, and industrial sectors, and helping enterprises understand how AI can transform their operations.
What You’ll DoManage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
Build and maintain strong relationships with executives (C-suite, VPs, Directors).
Understand prospects’ challenges and position Magenta as a critical solution.
Collaborate with sales engineering, product, and customer success to deliver value.
Consistently meet or exceed quota in a fast-paced environment.
Contribute feedback to refine our sales playbook, messaging, and GTM motion.
2–5 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS sales (AI, automation, or enterprise software a plus).
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
Strong consultative selling skills and executive presence.
Comfortable selling to complex organizations and multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Entrepreneurial mindset—you’re resourceful, curious, and thrive in ambiguity.
Willingness to work hybrid from El Segundo, CA (collaboration days with flexibility).
