Commercial Lines Agent

Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Agent to join a growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative office environment with a focus on building strong client relationships and driving new business. The ideal candidate will be sales-driven, possess a Property & Casualty (P&C) license, and have a passion for providing exceptional service to clients.

• Base Salary: $60,000 per year
• Commission: 50% on new business, plus revenue share on personal lines
• Remote Work:
  Available for candidates in the DC or Baltimore metro area

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on restaurants, contractors, gas stations, and other general accounts.
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies.
• Quote and manage both new and renewal business.
• Utilize Hawksoft software to manage client accounts and streamline processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with a small, dynamic team to achieve agency growth goals.

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in sales and business development.
• Proficiency in quoting, cold calling, and generating new business.
• Familiarity with Hawksoft software is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to the growth of the agency.
