Pest Management Professional

Overview

Terminix Service, Inc. of Waynesville, NC is hiring a full-time Pest Management Professional to manage an established pest control route by selling services to new and current customers, scheduling appointments, conducting home inspections, and performing pest control services. This is a Monday–Friday daytime role with unlimited commission-based earning potential. The average income is $53,000 in commissions, incentives and bonuses.

• Manage an established pest control route by selling services to new and existing customers.

• No experience necessary — paid training provided.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Good driving record and valid driver s license; ability to operate and maintain a company truck.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.
• Physical ability to crawl into tight spaces and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to work in all types of weather; ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally (and 10 lbs frequently).
• Sales ability (previous sales experience is a plus).

Salary: $45,000 - $70,000 per year in commissions, incentives and bonuses.
