Account Executive

Located in anywhere in MA Area. This job HYBRID / REMOTE position.

Our client is a leading commercial electrical contractors and energy services company serving clients across New England. Our Client specializes in delivering energy projects of varying sizes and complexities with a focus in Energy Efficiency, Solar, EV construction.

They are looking for a motivated individual to join their team and fill their Account Executive

Overview

As the Account Executive - Energy Services, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with utility energy efficiency teams and suppliers, and delivering exceptional energy solutions to clients.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the energy services market to End-Users.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored energy solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals and estimates to clients.
  • Participate in industry associations and events to build relationships and enhance the company's reputation.
  • Achieve business goals in line with growth objectives and utility program commitments.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Successful sales track record.
  • Experience selling energy solutions, EV services.
  • Thorough knowledge of energy efficiency solutions and utility rebate programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and industry-related software.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
