The Eric Roth Farmers Insurance Agency is one of the most promising agencies in our district. Farmers Insurance District 3504 is a Presidents Council district (Top 1 % of Districts Nationwide) and is led by a dynamic team of professionals.

We are looking for friendly, dedicated professionals to join our amazing team as a Full‑Time Licensed Sales Producer. You will be responsible for ensuring your clients have the coverage they need while offering additional products that may be beneficial to their goals. You will have the opportunity to utilize your customer service skills while growing your sales career.

• Call and connect with all given leads on a daily basis.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Offer and bundle and close a high percentage of the given leads.
• Secure all trailing documents from customers.
• Handle all incoming calls from customers and follow‑up.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Document each customer contact into Data.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Work from home. Hybrid schedule is available after training is completed.

You will be offered a base salary based on your experience and verifiable track record of success.

• Active Texas Property and Casualty General Lines license required.
• Minimum 2 years Insurance Sales Experience.
• Farmers Insurance experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish / English preferred but not required.
• Track Record of Success (calls a day and close ratio).
