What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual new sales quotas consistently
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline in  and deliver accurate forecasting
  • Conduct face‑to‑face customer meetings and strategy calls with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrate key products and integrated solutions effectively within specified timelines
  • Utilize Consultative Sales methodology to engage customers and address their needs
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in government markets
  • 4‑year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong selling skills with the ability to navigate complex software sales
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with various government contacts
  • Proficiency in using  and other automation tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in sales within public safety or investigative markets
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Familiarity with integrated software solutions and their value proposition
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time, including overnight trips
  • Previous experience with consultative sales methodologies
