The Senior Outside Sales Executive at our Client plays a critical role in driving revenue across Lighting, EV Charging, Solar, Smart Metering, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Responsibilities include proactive business development, client relationship management, collaboration with internal teams, and staying abreast of industry trends. This dynamic position requires effective communication, meticulous performance tracking, and a keen understanding of market dynamics to drive revenue growth and maintain a competitive edge in the energy services industry.
Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with organizational objectives.
• Identify key market segments, verticals, and accounts for targeted sales efforts.
• Utilize market insights and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

New Business Development:

• Proactively prospect and identify new business opportunities within the energy services industry.
• Employ a Hunter and Killer model approach to penetrate new markets and secure new clients.
• Engage with potential clients, build rapport, and articulate value propositions effectively.

Client Relationship Management:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and loyalty.
• Conduct regular account reviews to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering tailored solutions to address their evolving needs.

Technical Expertise and

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to leverage technical knowledge and support the sales process.
• Ensure seamless coordination between sales and operations teams to deliver high-quality services.
• Translate technical specifications into compelling value propositions for clients.

Market Awareness and Industry Insights:

• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:
