Citrus-Lime is an exciting, high-growth SaaS business providing a Cloud-based POS and eCommerce solution to small and mid-sized retailers. We compete and win against large tech giants. We are profitable, growing fast, and continuing to expand across the United States, the UK, and Europe.
We’ve revolutionized cycle retail in the UK, helping independent retailers thrive against larger competitors. Since our US rollout in 2022, we are building a strong foundation — and we’re now looking for an ambitious Account Executive to join our Sales Team to help accelerate our growth.
This is a new business sales role. As an Account Executive, you’ll own the entire sales process — from prospecting and outreach, through discovery and product demonstrations, to negotiation and closing. You’ll be focused on identifying and winning new accounts, with our immediate priority in the US cycle retail sector.
The home office for this role is Gloucester, MA. While we offer flexibility, we are ideally looking for someone who can travel to the office regularly and potentially work in a hybrid capacity alongside colleagues.

- Base salary $55,000–$60,000 + uncapped commission (OTE $69,000–$90,000).

- Company-funded travel to the UK Head Office for training may be required periodically.
- Drive new customer acquisition through prospecting, networking, and responding to inbound leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle: qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with decision-makers across the retail sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing customer success.
- Represent Citrus-Lime at trade shows, events, and client meetings (occasional travel required).
- 2–4 years of B2B sales experience (any industry).
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- High motivation and resilience, with a results-driven mindset.
- Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented with strong time management.
- Comfortable adopting new technologies and learning systems quickly.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license.
- Must hold (or be able to obtain) a valid passport.
- Experience in SaaS, retail, POS, or eCommerce software.
- Familiarity with the cycling or outdoor sports industries.
- A passion for helping small businesses succeed.
