• Sell mortgage protection life insurance, final‑expense, and retirement planning products to homeowners.
• Utilize our exclusive real‑time leads and customized mailings to generate contacts.
• Follow the proven selling system provided by the agency.
• Schedule and execute screening phone interviews with recruiters.
• Represent the agency at conference calls, webinars, and local training sessions.

• U.S. citizenship.
• Life insurance license and E&O coverage, or willingness to obtain required licensing.
• Strong sales or team‑building background; coaching ability, positive mental attitude.
• Ability to follow agency training and sales system.
• Willingness to undertake mandatory screening phone interview.
