• Educate and upsell assigned and newly generated accounts within the designated territory
• Act as a liaison between clients and the operations team to address client needs
• Provide ongoing service and problem resolution to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage client day‑to‑day operations and ensure customer retention through superior service
• Meet and exceed monthly retention and upsell goals consistently

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of previous sales experience or account management
• Proven success in managing a book of business
• Superior customer service skills with the ability to build trust‑based relationships
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in the healthcare industry
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel overnight as needed
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
