• Drive towards achieving quarterly recurring revenue quotas and sales targets

• 5 years of proven success in a commercial services sales role
• Experience selling in the commercial facilities sector
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven leadership abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the year

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High business IQ and strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with popular business tools like Google Workspace, Tableau, and Salesforce
