What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Respond to customer inquiries across multiple platforms including phone, live chat, email, and form submissions
  • Conduct follow-ups on voicemails, abandoned carts, and sample orders to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop product expertise to assist customers with questions and provide confidence in their selections
  • Create quotes, track deals, and collaborate with sales teams to close sales through the ecommerce platform
  • Communicate customer feedback to internal teams to enhance overall customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma or GED required;
    Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3‑5 years of experience in inside sales and/or customer service, preferably in an eCommerce or call center environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to exceed customer expectations
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team framework
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with digital systems including Live Chat, Hub Spot, Salesforce, SAP, Talkdesk, and Shopify
  • A startup mindset with a sense of urgency to drive sales and enhance the customer experience
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to de‑escalate complex situations
  • Self‑starter with a strong work ethic and patience under pressure
