- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and identify upsell opportunities
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations
- Manage territory activities including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting
- Stay informed about industry trends and gather customer feedback to inform sales strategies
- Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and telephone skills
- Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology, such as Sales Force
- Experience in the educational services industry or related fields
- Proven track record of success in revenue growth and customer relationship management
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across functional teams
