Sales Representative, Inbound Remote
Join Liberty Mutual Insurance as an Inside Sales Representative. The role supports inbound calls and warm leads across the United States with a focus on property and casualty insurance. Training begins January 2026.
Base Pay Range$55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr.
Training & Schedule- Unlicensed Class Begins:
January 26, 2026 - Licensed Class Begins:
February 9, 2026 - Training period: 18 weeks for unlicensed hires, 16 weeks for licensed hires
- Schedule:
4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, mid-morning start (example 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM CST) for at least 12 months before shift rotation - Work from home: professional workspace, dedicated desk, wired high-speed internet (≥ 100 MBps download, ≥ 20 MBps upload)
- All equipment provided by Company; satellite and mobile internet not supported
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs.
- Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date call logs and customer information.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors in a remote contact center environment.
- 2–3 years sales experience (2 years of sales/service-related experience required).
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
- Will obtain a Property & Casualty License after hire; training covers licensing.
