About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Regional Sales Manager based along the Rt 95 corridor between Wilmington, DE and Baltimore, MD area to lead territory growth across the Mid Atlantic. This remote-based position requires 75-80% or more travel and is ideal for someone who thrives being on the road in a fast-paced, relationship-focused sales environment.

You’ll be responsible for acquiring new business
, expanding existing accounts
, and acting as a key brand ambassador for Lakeview’s unique product lines. If you love outdoor entertaining, live-fire cooking, and have a talent for growing strong partnerships, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically manage and grow sales across your assigned territory, focusing on both new customer acquisition and existing account development
  • Represent Lakeview’s exclusive lineup of brands, offering product education, demos, and on-site support to dealers and retail partners
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with a variety of customers including independent retailers, designers, builders, and showrooms
  • Travel regularly to conduct in-person meetings, attend industry events, support product launches and weekend cooking demos
  • Monitor competitive activity and identify trends or opportunities within the market
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools
  • Partner with marketing and internal sales teams to execute promotions, events, and training programs
Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in appliances, outdoor living products, or specialty consumer goods
  • Demonstrated success in territory development, consultative selling, and dealer relationship management
  • Willing and able to travel extensively (75+%) throughout the region
  • Highly self-motivated, with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • A personal passion for outdoor cooking, design, or lifestyle products is a strong plus
